November 4, 2002- He Is Not Alone
As we get closer to the end of the year, the much anticipated War Against Iraq also draws ever closer. Part of the reason that it has not yet begun is because of the weather. The nasty fuckin' hot Iraqi desert summer does not really end until you get into November. Bush and The Pentagon do not want to have American fighting another war in the extreme desert heat since they are already doing that in Afghanistan. So they decided to wait until the weather cooled off before starting up. That is what all of thus United Nations shit has been about. Bush says that he will obey them , and he has while the weather in Iraq was hot. Now that is not, he will soon become tired of obeying the UN and start his precious war, using the troops that he has been massing all around Iraq just waiting to attack. He has spent most of the last few months digging the American troops in and he still has a way to go with that, so he will comply with the UN a while longer now. This mirrors what his father did back in 1991, he spent all the time from August, 1990 to January, 1991 digging in the American troops, all they while pretending to obey United Nations resolution imploring a non war solution to things. By mid January, the troops were ready, and all the UN shit went out the window on that January night and the war was on. Our current President intends to do much the same thing. He is waiting for the American holidays to be over, as to not upset the people with a Christmas war and so that he can look all fuckin' pious and intone the names of God and Jesus as he wishes us all peace and goodwill on Christmas and then delivers a war like a couple weeks later, just like Daddy did in 1991. Saddam Hussein knows this, after all, he was around when Bush the Elder started the war in 1991, so he is familiar with the way that the family does business. So there is still time for Saddam to save his ass. However, he does not seem particularly interested in doing so. He is just going to use the United Nations resolutions for political gain, just like he did in 1991, so that he too can dig his troops in for a fight. On the surface, that looks about as fuckin' crazy as you can get. This dude is spoiling for a fight with America, who has the largest army going. Everyone wonders why this is so. The common explanation is that because Saddam has been through this before, he feels no fear towards America ot anyone else. He fought Iran to two stalemates in war, and Iran is larger and more advanced and populous than Iraq, and then, in 1991, Saddam stood up to America and the coalition that America led in the Gulf War. Never before had so much military might been pointed at a foe, for there had never been a coalition such as this before. Saddam was outnumbered and outgunned badly. It seemed that his proverbial goose was cooked. No way could he stand up to this and survive, but he did just that, Saddam not only survived, but thrived. The reasons that he survived it all are varied, but the fact is that the coalition did not go after him and try to kill him in 1991 simply because the man had fixed it so that the coalition would have had to kill scores of innocents just to get at him. So America decided to take its chances with a possible revolution against Saddam by his enemies in order to achieve his demise. That did not work because Saddam's enemies were not organized nor strong enough to do the job, so Saddam stayed until this very day. Most people feel that this has fed that guy's immense ego so much that he thinks that he is truly the invincible warrior and can stand up to anything, including the son of the man that he stood up to before. There is a lot of truth in this. To be a merciless tyrant like Saddam is, you have to have an ego bigger that all hell. If you are not the most self centered ,egotistical fucker going, tyrannical rule is not for you, because it is a necessary skill in that job. Saddam has that in excelsior. However, it is more than that at work here. Saddam may be a huge egomaniac, but he is no fool either, he did not get to be the tyrant that he is by being that way either. He knows full well that he cannot stand up to America and any possible coalition alone. So why then is he doing just that? Perhaps the answer lies in the realm of something more than meets the eye. Maybe Saddam is not as alone as he seems. But how can that Be? No one except maybe some nothing-happening Islamist state would say that they are on his side. Countries like saudi Arabia have said that they are opposed to American military action against iraq, but they also have said nothing about supporting Saddam either. So when America starts the war, expect all of them to do jackshit to stop it and don't expect to see any of them joining the fight on Iraq's side either. So what countries does that leave on Iraq's side? Like none really. Well then that would mean that Saddam is alone here right? Wrong. That fuckin' tyrant Saddam Hussein stands anything but alone here. In today's world, he does not need a country to stand behind him to have allies. For today's world is the global society and there are no real borders because of the advances in media, especially the Internet. The Internet gives anyone that has access to it and has support for Saddam the ability to get in touch with him and offer to be on his side, and there is no shortage of fuckers from around the world doing just that. It is easy as all hell actually. All you need to do is to go the official Iraqi Government Website and sent Saddam an e mail courtesy of his official address there ( press@uruklink.net) and you are in business. As I said before, there is definetly not a shortage of people willing to say anything to old Saddam. He gets hate mail, viruses, Spam junk mail, links to many sites (including this one), but most of all, he gets letters from people that say that they support him and will help him in any way that they can. There are these dudes that send him recipes for making poison gas and bio-warfare shit out of common items and tell him how to use the shit and that they will come out and help him with it all if he wants. There are fuckers that send in explosives recipes too. There are those that offer to be soldiers in a terrorist army for him, the shit goes on and on an on. These volunteers come from all over. As you'd expect, there are many from fellow Islamist countries and Communist states, systems that hate the America way badly. However, the most frightening part of it all is the number of these volunteers that come from within America itself. Many of these letters of support and volunteerism come from people that identify themselves as Americans and go on about how they hate America and want to do something about it, so they figure that signing up with Saddam will do the trick. Many of these Americans are the ones sending in recipes for explosives and poison gas and terrorism tips and shit. These people are the reason that Saddam is not standing alone here and unafraid of what Bush is threatening.
The alarming thing about all of this is that what this shows is the degree of hatred against America throughout the world. Even after September 11th, 2001, there are plenty of people around the world so filled with hatred for America that they would be willing to help a tyrant fight against it. Hatred like that just does not come about out of nowhere, it is the end result of a process, a process that has gone on for a long time. This process was started long before there was a United States of America too. It was started by the advent of the capitalist system and the material goals contained within. The stark division of things under this system was to blame. Either you had the money and the material things that went with it and were part of things, or else you did not have it, and were left out of it all. This ridiculous "survival of the fittest" mentality lends itself to deep hatreds forming and brewing over periods of time. As the Western ideal of capitalism spread itself throughout the world, it also spread this hatred because of its methods. Every society on Earth found itself transformed in some way by this process. This was true when the likes of Marco Polo and Vasco De Gama and Christopher Columbus were doing their things, for they brought the Western ways to other lands, and used whatever tactics they felt necessary in order to ensure its success there. America just took over from there once it got itself established. America proves itself to the the Superman of the Western capitalist scene, it adapted to it like crazy, and it expounded on it too. Soon it was the United States that was the one carrying the torch of Western capitalism around the planet. It was America that conquered many a land in the name of that system. In the process, America made itself not only the top dog in the capitalist scene, but the object of much hatred throughout the world. For one of the hallmarks of the capitalist scene is to not give a fuck about the culture that you are invading intending only to conquer it and nothing else. Many of these other cultures have had the balance of things in their society turned upside down by the introduction of the capitalist scene, and many there have not liked that at all. This has led to much hatred against the capitalist scene in general, and America in particular since they got themselves the top spot in that scene. That hatred has been going on in many of these countries for a long time, and spreading as the American way supplants the traditional ways in these lands. That process has fucked up many of these lands but good for most of the people, so they have never been fans of America to begin with, and we are seeing them coming out of the woodwork and volunteering to Saddam as a way of expressing their anti American and anti capitalism hatreds. So in today's global society, it is not too surprising to hear that people from these lands are volunteering their services to Iraq. If the capitalist scene/American way had more of a heart and soul and was not so cold and unfeeling, the methods used to promote and spread it would be different, and perhaps these ways would not inspire so much hatred towards America worldwide. However, that system is none of those things, and these old hatreds towards America are coming out in this Iraq situation.
But what Is truly alarming is the number of these volunteers that are coming forth from the capitalist states themselves, especially America. There seem to be untold numbers of American citizens that are so dissatisfied with things that they would want to hook up with Saddam and fight against America because they feel that is the only way to go about this. They are fucked in the head big time. Even though many of these people are also ones that fell on the wrong side of the capitalist divide, that is no excuse to try and support a tyrant in a war. The only thing that most of these Americans would want out of this anyway is to get on the right side of the divide, nothing else, their motives are purely selfish. These people are not the wild long hairs with fuckin' crazy websites that write shit that is not exactly pro-American all the time, like me. Rather, they are your neighbors, people that look and act al straight and American, people that would react with revulsion and disgust at the sight of this website just as the good Americans do. These people don't have the fortitude to be open and forthright about their grievances with America and be elequent enough to discuss them intelligently in a forum. No, they will pretend to be patriotic citizens when others are around, and then when they are alone, they'll write Saddam letters about how to make and use bombs and biological weaponry. America needs to realize that it has a problem on its hands with people like that, and looking my way is not going to find them. I would just as soon throw dogshit in Saddam's fuckin' face as look at him. I do not like America to be sure, but I would never fight on his side or support anyone like him. However, there are many others here in the USA that say that they want to support him and help him. If there are so many of these people here inside America, that shows that the system that America centers itself around is flawed and will soon disintegrate unless it is fixed. War against Iraq will not accomplish that in any way. For that just is bringing out those that support Saddam and are willing to help him against America. The flaws and imperfections of the capitalist system/American way are glaring all over here. America needs to realize that in today's world, that system needs to be modified because now the enemies of that system can make real strikes against it. We saw that in 2001. No one ever has to stand alone in today's global world, no matter what. So instead of fighting against these enemies, the saner way would be to try and find ways of doing things that did not make so many enemies and that would make a Saddam have to stand alone at times like this. However, that would not be good business, so it will not be implemented, and that is why Saddam is not standing alone now, and no one that ever fights against America ever will have to stand alone again.
