To start with, look at the candidates themselves. Each of them says that he is a strong leader that will take America in the proper direction not only in the war effort but in general. Kerry calls Bush a war-happy maniac for invading Iraq like he did, when he has admitted that if he gets elected today (or whenever), that he will not rule out a pore-emptive strike against Iran, saying that he would do so to stop them from using nuclear Weapons and shit like that. Bush has said literally the same thing, so no matter who finally gets elected (or appointed by the courts), Americans can count on a further escalation of the worldwide war on terror, with all of its resulting horrors. Both men say that they are men of restraint and peace, when neither of them is anything close to that, war is in both of their bloods, and they know that the money train that this war has started up is going full-tilt now and will not be stopped, so they lie to everyone about what they really want to do about this, knowing that it does not matter after today, as one of them will have succeeded with his lies, while the other did not. That theme has been the central one of the campaign ever since it started, that the lies told are only good until today, after that, they do not matter anymore. Each candidate will say and do just about anything (except be on that Fear Factor TV show) to get elected today, and they just don't care what it is. No matter who gets in the White House, he will ultimately burn the American people in some way or another by going back on something that he said during the campaign. Even though this election is deemed so important, that the very future of America hangs in the balance, they have still been doing this same old shit ever since Day One. No matter what one candidate says about the other, the same thing can always be said about him as well, making these people not two distinct choices, but merely two peas in a pod with no real difference between them. All that they have been trying to do for these endless months has been to try and fool the American people into believing that this is not so, and since the American people are fooled way too easily, one of them is guaranteed to succeed. Neither of them is their own man as they claim, they are just front men for The Establishment and Mr. Businessman and such and have no real plans to change much of anything in America for the next four years, except to make sure that all of their friends and cronies are very well taken care of during that time, at the expense of the common man. These dudes might as well be some kind of clones that were whipped up in some laboratory somewhere, since they are essentially the same thing all the way around. However, the American people will not listen to that old Who song, and they will be fooled again by supporting one or the other of these fuckers today.
That is because the American people have been brainwashed into thinking that this Election is about choice and /or change and will meekly obey. The reality of it all is that if you look long and hard at these candidates, the only real choice that you have is none of the above, as neither of them is for real anymore than some WWE wrestling fake ass is real. However, the American people will not take that to heart and go out to the polling place and just piss on the ballot/touchscreen/voting machine and make that their choice, to piss on it all. That is the problem, for the people do not seem to realize that protest voting is about the best thing that they could do in order to improve things. If untold numbers of Americans went to the polls today and told the whole scene to go fuck off and eat dog shit, so to speak, that would be the strongest message that they could send these two candidates. If vote after vote came in saying "fuck off" or "this is bulllshit, change it" or "none of the above", the politicians would freak right out of their boots. Not only would that sort of thing gum up the system badly, but it would be highly embarrassing to Washington, as they would see what the people really thought, since the vast majority of voters that will show up today across America do not really support either candidate, but are just voting for what they perceive as "the lesser of two evils." That shows that there is minute support for the candidates among the people, that they just think that they have no other choice except to go along with it all and vote for one or the other of these fuckers. Protest votes would show that this is not so, but most Americans will never even think of that, they will just stay home first before they go and fuck with the whole process like that. This is a shame, as voting is supposed to be about saying what you really think to the politicians, not bowing to them because you think that you have to. However, since practically no one does that in America, the system has evolved into one where it becomes more and more of a sham every time around. Both Bush and Kerry know that there will not be that many ballots cast in America that show zero faith in either of them or the entire system in general, and they have been manipulating that for the entire campaign with today in mind. But all of you readers can rest assured that when I go out to the polls in just a couple of hours from right as I write this, that I will surely cast the most powerful protest vote that I possibly can, telling the whole fuckin' system that I think that it is a bunch of fuckin' shit that does no good for anyone except The Establishment. How I will do that is the question, but you can be certain that when I do, that it will be hardcore, telling the whole Establishment exactly how I feel, and that is not supporting a single one of these lying, no-good,fucked-up politicians in any way shape or form. However, I will be one of the only people in America taking that tactic, and that is a shame, as I know that millions of Americans that are going out to the polls today feel pretty much the same way as I do, but they will not express that properly, they will meekly support one or the other of the candidates and think that this did the trick when it did nothing of the sort. When The Establishment asks you what you think of them, you need to tell them the truth, not pretend as if everything is OK and you support them in any way. This is a message that has not been heard across America this election season, in fact, many people tell me that when I do stuff like that at the polls, that it is worse than not even voting at all, because I did not take it "seriously." That shaming mentality, which is useless on me, is highly effective on most Americans though, and that's what stops them from going out and casting protest votes like they should, many either just give in and support someone that they do not believe in, or they just stay home and watch Sponge Bob Squarepants or something.
People tell me that they do it that way because they feel that it is useless to try and protest, since the whole Establishment is much larger than they are, and therefore more powerful. That is a huge lie that is told by The Establishment themselves in order to hang on to what they have. The fact of the matter is that the power that they have is only there because the American people freely give it to them. The common man outnumbers the politician by about 100,000 to One, so he has the advantage and therefore the power, not the politicians. If the people did not give in so meekly and give up that power on Election Day, these politicians would have nothing and they know that. This is why they tell everyone that they must take elections "seriously" and support a candidate and not just say fuck the whole thing, because they know that if enough people did that, they would be in serious trouble, as The Establishment is scared shitless of the people that they allegedly control, and they don't want them ever figuring that out for themselves, so they build all these sandcastles and houses of cards and tell the people that these are the impenetrable halls of power and that they need to live with that. Every politician knows that you have no choice but to be a liar and cheat and unscrupulous fucker to get anywhere in their business, so they tell the people that just their being in that business makes them special, and the people meekly believe it. That gives these politicians and such the power that they wield against the people for their own benefit. The common man is anything but helpless against those in Washington or the corridors of "power", he is the one that actually controls it, he just does not use it properly. This scenario has been played out in every election in America since it started, and it surely will be played out once again today. Every time that happens, the American people lose out more and more, and today will just continue that downward spiral. All the Springsteen concerts and jokes from Jenna and Barbara Bush and the TV ads and campaign appearances have been nothing more than smokescreens to try and hide that fact from everyone. Today will just be another day where the average American wastes the real power that he(or she) has and meekly supports someone that stands for nothing except themselves and the system that spawned them and the interests of that system. No matter how many people actually show up at the polling places today, that result is ensured, it just remains to be seen which one of the two candidates benefits the most from it. Today will not be the historical day that the media is trumpeting, they just say that so people will watch their Election Coverage and garner them ratings and make them money, today will be just another day where the American people are fucked in the ass with a big old strap-on once again by those that perceive themselves as their Masters. All that we have heard for months now are lies and bullshit, and tomorrow, the reality of that starts to sink in. But the American people will just get mad about it for a while, and then forget about it, just in time for the next Election Season two years hence, the endless cycle perpetuates itself once again. Instead of just throwing up their hands and saying that there is no use, the American people should use today as a vehicle to tell the fuckers that are so afraid of them that they want things seriously changed, not just this cosmetic shit that we see election after election. Yes, Americans should find the time to get out and go to the polls today, don't just sit around watching That 70's Show reruns on TV, but they should go out there and really tell the politicians what they think, how they feel that the choices that we are given today are not really choices at all, but just two heads of the same beast. The more than they did that, the more that The Establishment would freak out, and if it got enough momentum, that fear would make them change things the way they should be changed, and they would do that if it came down to actually seeing their houses of cards collapse and losing their positions in society for real. Neither Bush or Kerry will really lose anything today, the one that was least successful will just have either a guaranteed retirement for life or opportunities to have all sorts of jobs for life, they aren't losing shit. The only ones that stand to lose today are the American people, and they stand to lose big no matter who eventually gives a victory speech, be it tonight or later on, and that Is the saddest thing about the Big Day that we have all heard about so much. If you are an American reading this on November 2, 2004, please go out and vote today if you have not done so already, even if you don't agree with one word that I wrote here today, just do something, whatever you feel is right, no matter what that is, if it is setting your ballot on fire and then pissing on it to protest the whole thing, or actually supporting either President Bush or Senator Kerry, just do something, because we are all in this shit together, and the sooner we all realize that and act accordingly, the better off we all will be.
