October 23, 2002- The Answer

Once again, I take a title from a rock and roll song, this time a cut from Frank Marino and Mahogany Rush, because current events have made me think of this particular song, especially the line in this one of "does anybody know the answer?" That is a question that is so broad based that it could pertain to just about any topic that you wish to expound upon. In this case, I am thinking of the answer to the "crime epidemic" that is sweeping the Western world in general, and America in particular. This is a problem that America says that it has had the answer to for many a year now. But if you look around you and observe American society, you wonder if this society really knows the answer to this question at all. The high profile saga of the Beltway Sniper is underscoring that fact. Yesterday, we had several developments in this never ending case. First, bright and early yesterday morning, a bus driver was shot and killed as he went to board his bus to start his route. Then we had that Pig Moose dude that is the head of the task force come on TV again and give us all a warning that the sniper had written as a postscript to the note that he left the Pigs after Saturday's shooting which stated that the children of that area are not safe anywhere at ant time, and neither is anyone else, for that matter. Then, that Pig Moose dude talked directly to the sniper again by telling him that they could not wore him the amount of money that he had demanded from them and that he needed to call the Pigs back yet again on the telephone. One of the main things that came out of this press conference was that the Pigs admitted that it was true that no one is safe from this dude, because they could not do anything about him other than what they have been doing so far, and that has not worked too well. The Pigs basically said that they were helpless against this dude, and they had not been the answer to this problem so far. This criminal is telling the Pigs what to do here, it seems. For the problems that he has caused so far, the Pigs and the law have not been an answer at all. It is very obvious that the only way to have stopped this from happening was to have worked the other side of the equation and not put the process in motion that made this sniper dude into what he is today. Shit like not training him to be a crack shot assassin that can elude large enemy forces and brainwashing him the necessary way that you have to in order to train a man to do that sort of thing and then turning him lose back into everyday American society was what needed to be done a long time ago so that this cat would not be this criminal maniac that was holding not only the Pigs, but all of America hostage with his depraved antics. However, that side of the equation was not worked, and that is why we have this situation on our hands now. The thing is, that handling things in this manner is the American way, only the back side of the equation is worked, and that is where the Pigs come in. They end up having to deal with problems that certain people cause because these people's lives were let go and ended up going in a bad direction, and now because they went in that bad direction, they end up being a problem for the Pigs to deal with. This is an utterly senseless way to deal with these kind of problems, yet America is fuckin' hooked on it. All you ever hear about in America is that they way to solve all problems is to have more and more Pigs around and to give them ever greater powers. All this shows is that America is willing to let things get out of hand in people's lives again and again, until they become a crime issue for society. You never hear the American people talking about why these crimes occur in the first place. Like why so many of America's citizens have to grow up in dire poverty and are totally locked out of any real chances to get anywhere in America and therefore have no choice but to turn to crime to even have the illusion of that chance. There is nowhere near the outcry to remedy this situation and therefore keep many crimes from happening by keeping many citizens from having no choice but to turn to a life of crime as there is to hire more Pigs of all kinds and give them ever greater powers. Such an approach is doomed to lead to nothing except failure as far as reducing crime goes, and that is all over the map in America, not just in the case of the sniper, but in many other facets of the law and order scene. Take the Drug War, for example. The Pigs themselves have been admitting that they have not even been close to winning this war for over thirty years now. They freely say that what they do makes no real difference in the drug scene at all. What they confiscate is nothing more than a mere tiny fraction of what is out there, and that is judged by their own standards. Untold millions upon millions of tax monies are wasted fighting a war that the Pigs admit that they are losing , and losing badly with no change in sight. They are losing because of the way that they are going about this whole thing. They are just going after the drugs and those that use and sell them and arresting them and not stopping shit. There is no effort to look at this problem and see that the illegalization of drugs is the reason why they are so attractive to the criminals of the world, for they are so lucrative precisely because of their illegality. There is no effort to try and change that and take away the enormous profitability of drugs for criminals. Instead, all resources and energies are focused on the feeble efforts of yet more and more Pigs that try and intercept and neutralize the drugs through their failed police tactics, and nothing ever gets solved by this, there has been noting even close to a reduction of drug usage in America, nowadays we have a new generation getting hooked and fucked up on all sorts of wilder and crazier drugs than ever before, so the Pigs have failed here as miserably as they have failed with the sniper so far. So ,reliance on them for this has failed so far too. There is almost no aspect fo the crime scene that does not work the same way too. There has been no real decrease in any kind of crime in America over they years, from burglaries to drugs to money crimes to violent shit like murder. This great reliance on the Pigs throughout America has not reaped any real benefits as far as crime reduction or the safety of the citizens goes. Obviously, the wrong side of the equation is being worked. Why then, does America continue to insist so stubbornly that this approach is the right way to handle things when all of the evidence points to the contrary?

The answer to that question is money. What America has done is to take the judicial system and turn it into a money making industry that rivals any in the private sector. America has taken prison and the Pigs and turned it into a money making machine that satisfies the greed and lust of many a soul. For there is a lot of fuckin' money in the American prison system, much more than the average man realizes. Courts and jails and prisons are all so austere looking that no one on the outside can really tell just how much a money factory they are. Even though the system feeds on the poor, there is plenty of bread in it to go around. Working the wrong side of the equation might not be the best thing to do in terms of solving society's problems, but doing things that way have sure turned out to be profitable for Mr. Businessman in America, and that is why things are done the way that they are. I personally see this shit each and every day of my life. Here in Chicago, there is an ordinance that says that anyone that gets a paycheck from the City Of chicago has to live within the boundaries of the city. This was enacted because it was brought to light that there were inordinate numbers of the Pigs and such that lived in the suburbs because they did not want to live in Chicago. The lawmakers went at that one, and they remedied that situation to their satisfaction. So the Chicago Pigs were no longer allowed to live in the suburbs. So what the Pigs did was what to them was the next best thing, they went and lived as close to the suburbs as they could get without actually being in them, like right around the city limits and such. This neighborhood that I live in is right at the city limits, and when this ordinance was passed, the Pigs came here in droves, and have ever since. So, I see the Pigs and their lives and what they really are every day. We have all sorts of Pigs here, Chicago, Suburban, County, State, Federal, etc. So I see how they get where they are at in life. What I see I sa bunch of fuckers that could not have houses on my block on in my neighborhood if it was not for the crime scene being what it is. For these Pigs make their entire careers on arresting people for various crimes and sending them into the judicial system. The better they are at it, the better they do in the careers. So working the equation in the way that America does gives these fuckin'Pigs their careers and jobs, and their paychecks and the ability to live around me and drive me nuts and so forth. If you were to remedy the situation and truly eliminate crime from American society, these fuckers would not have their jobs anymore and it would be very, very hard for many of them to get new ones, since many of them have walnut-sized brains and have their minds controlled as part of their jobs as it is, so they cannot think too well and could not do much more in society than be a Pig because they have been trained and brainwashed to be that, and that mentality is no good for anything else in life except for being a Pig. So changing the system would put them out of jobs and onto the welfare rolls and the like. Same with the judges and other judicial personnel, they would also be out of jobs if you worked things differently. Now, they can live wherever they want, and they make the money to have real nice suburban houses and shit, so they'd be losing even more than the Pigs would be if things were changed. So it is shit like that which drives the way that crime is dealt with in America, not anything else, no matter what the Pigs say. This is the way that it has been ever since the Pigs were first introduced in America in the 1870's. This sort of mentality was bad enough back then. No one in their right mind had to think that this would be a successful way to keep order in society, they just saw that there was a lot of money for them to make via this scene, so they were all for it, and society be damned. Well, now we are over 130 years later, and we are paying the price for this method of doing things. This methodology is right up there at the forefront of responsibility for why American society has deteriorated so alarmingly over the years. While there were the few that made all the money off of this, there were the masses that suffered greatly from it all. That has snowballed into the situations that we see in American society today. The basic flaws in this methodology have come to the forefront and they are taking their toll. American need top realize that this way is not at all the answer as far as solving the problems that they face goes. The problems of Mr. Businessman freaking out because he would not be able to afford his fancy car and nice house of things were changed should not be the problems that are taken into consideration here. The problems of American society and its people should be the ones that are of paramount importance. The problem is, that the American people are as brainwashed as the Pigs are into thinking that this way is the correct way to do things. They need to stop this and realize what it has done to them and their society over the years. Mr. Businessman can find other ways to make his money than off of the penal system, it's just that these other ways would be harder, and Mr. Businessman is a lazy fucker that wants everything to be easy. Her needs to quit being so fuckin' lazy and realize that his ways are destroying America, and they need to be fundamentally changed to really solve this problem that we face with crime and society. The current ways are not working in that respect, the sniper is making that all very obvious to everyone right about now. There will be many more of him, those that get out of control and do much more damage than they rightfully should be able to because of the way that things are set up in America. Until America realizes that they current way is not the answer, the flaws in the current methodology shall continue to do nothing except drag America down ever further.
