October 18, 2006- The Big Signing
Now that we are getting so close to the
elections next month, the war in Iraq is becoming about as big of a
political football as you can get. So many politicians are going to
made or broken by it in three weeks, so it is an important issue to say
the least. However, no matter what the American people say about it,
the war is sure to go on, and that's because there is a very important
deadline coming up in it. The International Monetary Fund tried to find
ways to reduce most of Iraq's debts, since they knew that they wiuld
never be able to pay most of them anyway, and about the only thing that
they could do is to come up with a plan for the country to use the
revenues from the only asset they have left, and that's oil. So what
they came up with was a plan on how Iraq is supposed to use its oil
revenues, and they set a deadline of December, 2006 for that. As we all
know, that is not far off, and Washington anxiously awaits that date so
that the new law can be signed. The reason is not because they wrere
the ones that drafted it, the real reason is because once that law is
signed into place, the control of Iraq's oil revenues goes straight to
America and its allies, and that would mean that Washington has
accomplished exactly what they came to Iraq for, to get that oil
revenue, and most importantly, get it paid in US dollars. So there's
just no way that any statement that the American voters make in three
weeks is about to stop anything over in Iraq, becasuse President Bush
and hi scronies have been waiting for over three years for this moment,
and now that they have come so close, no one is about to stop them at
all. The reality is that the war in Iraq has never been about terrorism
or regime change, it has been about America making itself the major
player in the world's oil industry so that they can continue to control
things like they always have before. So when that law is signed in
December, that means that America has essentially won the war, despite
anything that might be going on in Iraq at the time or afterwards, and
that is why Washington will not change course at this time for
anything. They see it as time for them to shut up the criticvs that
have been harping on the fact that America has not gotten any of the
oil revenue from Iraq thus far, that's because there has not been any
framework constructed for them to do that, this is why they let the IMF
set this deadline for an oil law. That is supposed to be the time for
Mr. Businessman to start making the big money that he was
promised, so thsi is why that deadline day is the most importanht day
for Iraq ecver since America came calling, fuck the elections, those
were mere pretexts, this signing is the real deal, and that's why it
means everything to Washington, so if some poor fuckers have to be made
scapegoats in three weeks and get their asses voted out of office
because they supported the war, too bad, because to Bush and his pals,
it is all going to be worth it when that law gets signed. There is one
problem with that though, and that is whether or not the current Iraqi
governbment will sign on to this so obediently.
As we recall, the Iraqi governemnt is supposed to be a
democratically elected lot, meaning that they are supposed to be bound
by the will of the electorate, just like out heroes in Washington are
supposed to be. That poses a problem because there is virtually no one
inj the electorate in Iraq that wants that law signed at all, they see
it is legitimatization of America's criminal intents, stealing what
rightfully belongs to the Iraqi people. So they would not want the
puppet President to sign it at all, if he did, they would certainly
mutiny against him. So that leaves the dude in a bind, does he do what
the Americans say, or does he act like a real politician and do wht the
people say? Either way, he loses out because the people regard him as
a puppet as it is, and do not believe that he has their
interests in mind at all, and if he meekly signs on come December, they
will see that as business as usual and hate America even more. If they
stand up to Washington and say no, Washington will not be pleased, and
will probably have anotger course of action, and that would be to
remove the entire Iraqi government and replace it with some hand picked
affair that would be even worse puppets than the dudes already there.
Since Washington expects resistance from the Iraqi goverment, they have
already resigned themselves to finding another bunch of stooges and
inserting them so that they get what they want. That would not look so
good to the American people, so that will certainly be on the agenda
for after the elections, when Bush is totally not accountable to anyone
and is basically on his own. This would suit Washington fine, because
they have been dissatisfied with the Iraqi government ever since they
were elected, they consider them hacks instead of good puppets, and
they have done exactly zero since they got in. That is another reason
why the signing of that law is so important. because it govesd
Washington an excuse to something else that they have wanted, replace
that government and out an end to any silliness about Iraq ever having
an elected government, because they can say that they trieds, but it
did not work, so they had to try something else. America has always
wanted a tribunal type government in Iraq, the elections were just a
sham for th efolks at home, and now that irqq has descended into chaos,
there are ample excuses for Washington to remove that government and
replace it with that tribunal. The oil law things is just an
excuse, but a very good one, and it is a double victory for America
because it gioves them the proper puppets they always wanted, and the
massive money that they always wanted too. So the puppet President of
Iraq had better start getting his affaris in order, because the chances
that he shall meet with some sort of "terrorist violence" increase
every day, and after November 7, they go sky high to the point of near
certainty. The best that he can do is to try and stall things a bit and
buy himself some more time, but that law shall be signed sooner or
later, if not in December, then early in 2007, but it shall get done,
and that shall be it for the elected Iraqi government.
Washington has its own political agenda for that as well,
and that would be appeasing those that are so upset over the war by
making it look like they have seen the light. Because once they get
that oil money, they no longer have to fight so hard in Iraq, no longer
have to "stay the course", none of that, they will have gotten what
they came to Iraq for and can slow it down now. What they can do then
it to start sending some of the troops home from Iraq, knowing that
this will play very well with the American people and make them forget
the shit that has gone down since 2003 and even make them happy with
the Administration. Making people happy is going to become important
for Bush because he knows that he is leaving offiuce soon, and if he
starts withdrawing troops from Iraq to some extent, he will make
everyone think that he is a good guy again and help his image going
into retirement. What he will fudge on is th efact that the troops that
he will bring home are not the top line ones, they are the extras, the
expendable ones, for the essential troops will stay in Iraq for a very
long time, but there won't be any need for so many of them once that
law is signed. That should bamboozle the people until at least 2009
when Bush is scheduled to leave, and that's all that he needs. There
will be other beneficial effects for the American people once that law
is signed too, like the fact that the price of gasoline will fall right
back down as fast as it went up. We have already seen a massive drop in
prices, and that was just part of the manipulation of oil prices that
The Establishment likes to do, and once America starts getting all that
Iraqi oil revenue in dollars, look for the price of gas to fall even
lower than it has. That alone will make the American people so happy
that they'll be more than willing to forget the trials and tribulations
of Iraq thus far and will put the Administration back on solid footing
with them. The reason that the prices of oil and shit weree artifically
raised so high to begin with is so that the people would accept "lower"
prices that were in reality higher than they were before all this
started and that is what will take place. Prices won't fall to
lower levels than they were before 2003 or anything, just lower than
they have been these last few years which will look good by comparison.
As long as Americans won;t have to give up those gas guzzling SUV's
that they love so much these days, they will not complain. Another
benefit that will come from tyhat signing is that Washington will start
bragging out the ass about how there have been no terrorist attacks on
American soil in over five years now and that proves that everyone is
safer now like Bush said they would be. Since Americans are such a
gullible lot, they'll listen to that and believe that it is true as it
stands, not because the last terrorist attack was allowed to occur and
no others have since, and they'll be even happier. So these reasons are
why Washington does not care much about some poor fuckers that wil
llose out in three weeks, they are not necessary anyway, because the
rewards are set to kick in after that election and Bush and company
aren't going anywhere then, so if the others cannot stay around, too
bad.
The main problem with this rosy scenario is the fact that
the war in Iraq will be very far fromover whether that law is signed or
not and that land wil be in chaos. While the American enjoy cheap gas
and oil, the Iraqis will be paying many times more for the shit, that
is, when it is available. While the Americans enjoy terrorist free
lives, the Iraqis wil be subject to acts of terror every day for years
to come, terrorism will become a way of life there. While the Americans
celebrate the return of some of the troops, the ones left behind will
be in an even more dangerous situation, and they shall be killed and
maimed in higher numbers than ever. The people of Iraq will essentially
be left to fend for themselves admist the chaos, with no one helping
them much at all. Bush and Co. do not care at all what happens to these
people or to anyone else inside Iraq for that matter. They will ignore
the fact that so many Iraqis will be destitute and starving while all
of their oil money is going to Mr. American Businessman and his pals,
and cover it up so that the news never reports on that. They want the
Iraqis to be destroyed as much as possible for the same reasons that
they wanted the native Americans destroyed, so that they can move in
and take everything and no longer have to worry about these pesky
people. That way they can move their own people into Iraq and then have
the puppet state that they wanted, because they know that there's no
way that they'll ever get it via military means, for too many iraqia
hate the Americans and want them gone. If America pulls back in Iraq
using that oil law as an excuse, it won't be them that wil be leaving
Iraq, it wil be the Iraqi people, leaving in body bags, and Washington
likes that just fine. Their real reason for wanting that law signed is
so that they can do what their own people want and leave Iraq, at least
to some extent, and let the Iraqi people fight it out among one
another, and kill one another with gusto and make it safe for America
to rule the land decades down the road. So this signing is truly going
to be the most important events in the new Iraq's history, and not for
the reasons that Washington will spout when it happens. The reality of
it is that this shall be the culmination of America's plans for Iraq in
so many ways, the real reasons that they started the war, and
they see the finish line in sight and are sprinting to get there. It
does not matter to them one iota what anyone might say otherwise, for
they shall have zero power in trying to put a stop to it, as that is
the way that this has always been set up. the International Monetary
Fund was well aware of this when they drafted the law, but they surely
felt that they had no choice in it, and with this framework, they were
able to get themselves a kickback of everythinjg, so they did not go
away empty handed, so they went along with the charade. So no matter
what anyone might think when they see the events that will follow this
law signing, whenever that may be, America has not lost the war in
Iraq, no matter how many of its people get killed or how
much money it all costs, or how chaotic the entire Middle east
may become, for the objective here was to secure American control over
the oil industry so that American dollars stayed the currency that oil
was dealt in, and whenever that law is signed into reality by whatever
puppet dudes that Washington installs, it will be a declaration
of victory for America, the only victory that Washington ever really
wanted, and that is why its signing will be the biggest signing of a
document since the Magna catra back in 1215.
