September 30, 2006- Plan B

Ever since the current Administration took office, they have had quite the grand plan for American world domination, starting with the Middle East. Once they came in for example, there was no way that Saddam was going to last much longer in Iraq simply because he had made himself a major enemy of Washington and especially President Bush, mosyly because Saddam tried to have Bush's old man killed. So Sonny was so fucking hard up to go get Saddam that there was zero that was going to stop him, and once September 11th, 2001 happened, he kicked it into high gear and we had the resulting American invasion of Iraq in March of 2003. As we all know, that invasion brought much of that grand plan out into the open, as the Administration became rather vocal about what they were going to do next. Once they saw that they could put that plan into motion  on the flimsiest of pretexts, using the fear that the events of September 11th, 2001 put into so many, they felt that they were on their way and that there was no stopping them. That meant that they set their eyes on the next prize, and that was Iran. That country had been an  enemy of the USA for far longer than Iraq was, and many in Washington felt that there was an old score to settle with the Iranians and they were eager to do just that. However, their motivations were not all revenge, there was a serious amount of looting and stealing involved here, as those that wanted to see Iran fall so badly knew that if it did, that many of them would become even richer than they already were. There were so many prizes awaiting them in Iran, the oil money, the control over an overwhelmingly young population, the fact that the Iranian crown Jewels and many more riches have been sitting in American banks for decades now and have had to be left untouched because the courts have  said that they belong to the government of Iran, so becoming that government meant that Americans would be able to keep all that shit after all, there were treasures galore just waiting foir America go to blasting into Iran and scoop it all up for themselves like they have always wanted to. In fact, there were so many that were so anxious to do that, they could hardly wait for America to set foot into Iraq so that they could run across the border and grab everything that Iran had to offer. There has never been any kind of diplomacy between Washington and Tehran ever since Bush came in, all that we have heard from both sides is saber rattling war talk. America does everything that it can in order to paint Iran as a major part of the terrorist problem in the world, and surely it is, but not as much as Washington says, and Tehran fires back and says that they are ready for whatever America has to bring. This has all been heated up even more over the issue of Iran's nuclear program, the one that Washington insists is fo rmaking atomic bombs  and shit, and Tehran says is for making nuclear power plants to produce cheap energy. This has gone back and forth for two different Iranian Presidents now, with neither one being able to negotiate with Washington at all. America continues to beat the war drums louder and louder against Iran, and the rhetoric gets more and more heated between Washington and Tehran. It has become very obvious to everyone that conquering Iran in much the same way as they conquered Iraq is part of that grand plan that Bush and his cohorts have had ever since day one, a very integral part of that plan too. Only a fool does not see that anymore, as washington has not even bothered to hide that fact for like four years plus now.

Everyone has felt for a long time that an American invasion of Iran was an inevitability, a foregone conclusion. That fact was not lost on the government of Iran under either President, they knew that America was out to get them, and they started preparing their people for that inevitability. Iranians have been preparing for war with America ever since Bush came into office, and they have been told to think that pretty much every day may be the day that it comes down. However, the Iranian Presidents have not just sat back and calmly waited fo rthe American troops to come bursting in like Saddam did, they have been seriously proactive on this issue. They have gone to the United Nations and pled their case, and gotten generally favorable reactions too, which is no surprise, considering the track record of the UN. They have gotten all these deadlines and such set for them to stop with the nuclear shit, and they have not complied with any of them, when the deadlines come around , they start the political fan dances again and everything starts up anew. Even though Washington is not interested in any type of diplomacy or negotiations with Tehran, the Iranians keep on trying to start one up with America. Over and over again, they have said that they'll talk about the problem, and maybe make certain adjustments to it if certain conditions are met, and even though America says fuck no to these negotiations all the time, the UN hears them and that is why they keep giving Iran all these deadlines and such time and time again, because the UN is not in the war game, they are diplomats by trade  and always vale talk over war. Besides that, they feel that they were bulied and pushed by America to allow them to go into Iraq back in 2003, and they now feel that this was a mistake, letting it all go down so fast without any negotiations or diplomacy at all. When they see the mess that Iraq has become, they know that they are as responsible for that as anyone, because it was the UN that gave Washington the green light to go into Iraq even though many of them were not at all sure that this was a good idea. Many feel that they were forced and coerced into giving thei rapproval even though they did not want to, and events in Iraq have borne out the feeling that they had against the whole thing. So now that they see America pushing them hard once again over going into Iraq, they are not so easily coerced this time, and want to make their feelings known. That has been all that the Presidents of Iran have needed, as they have exploited this skillfully and bought themselves time over and over again. That is exactly what they have intended to do, and even though Washington is well aware of it and has been bitching about it to high heaven for years now, the cycle continues. We get to this deadline for Iran to cease nuclear activities, and they play politics again and the UN listens to them, because besides being diplomats by trade, the United Nations is made up of politicians as well, and if they did not know how to play the political game well, they never would have gotten the job that they have now, and the Iranians know that, and they have exploited that to the max. All of it is a stall job, one that America says is intended for them to gain time to build a nuclear bomb or three and then have a huge bargaining  chip with which to threaten the world, but that is not the case, yes the Iranians are stalling for time, but it is not to build a bomb because they are years away from being able to do that, they have entirely another aganda in mind, one that has worked fabulously and continued that Iranian frustration over in Washington and even amplified it manyfold. For all that Iran has been doing is stalling to make sure that the so called inevitable invasion by America does not happen, and they have succeeded at that.

For the fact is that while the Iranians have seemingly all the time in the world, the American Administration does not, they have a set in stone end date of January 20, 2009 at 12 PM EST. There is nothing that they can do to extend that date, as it is set in the Constitution. That makes Iran a problem now simply because it takes a long time to set up an invasion of a country, even during wartime, it took over 2 1/2 years for the Iraqi one to start up, and that would be about average. There are so many matters of logistics to consider, because after all, you are waging a war here, and that shit takes time. The fact that the Iranians keep on stalling means that America cannot get anything set up, and the time just keeps ticking away steadily. Add to that the fact that there's really only one time of the year that you can successfully launch an invasion in the Middle East and that i sthe beginninbg of spring, the summers are far too hot to do so because they'll fuck up your equipment too much  and the winters are too shitty and rainy and everything turns into mud and slime  and you could not successfully get you people in there without becomning seriously bogged down in the muck, there was a reason that America went into Iraq in March, 2003, that is the only time of year that you can. So, all the Iranians have to do is to stall America off until the spring has sprung and they are safe for another year. They know that Washington would have to spend an entire late summer and winter period setting everything up so that they would be ready to sweep in once spring starts, and they have made sure thast thei stall game keeps that from being able to happen. Now it is at a point where there would be less than two years left in the Bush Administration even if the war started next spring, and that sure does not leave much time for the real purpose of any invasion, looting and stealing. It takes a while to be able to steal everything of value and substance from a country as large as Iran, shit, America's not finished looting Iraq yet after more than three years. The fact is that no matter who becomes President in January 2009, there are going to be some changes made in the structure of things, and that means that people that are making it rich  in the war now will be cut out in favor of others. Even if the next President is the hand picked successor to Bush, he will have his own friends and buddies that he is indebted to, and sdome of those won't be the same people that Bush has in those spots now. So if the Bush people started up with Iran, they would not have anywhere near enough time to loo tand steal all that they wanted to, and whoever came in after them would be the ones getting the spoils. Well, that  is as unacceptable idea to these war profiteers as there is, there's no way that they are going to start a fucking war just to have someone else come in and get all the good shit out of it, their imnmense greed forces them to do otherwise. they knew that the prime time to invade Iran was right after Bush was re-elected in 2004, and they pushed his ass hard to get it done, but the brilliant way that the Iranians played politics with the issue has kept that from happening. Now they see that if they get their war started now, that they have a chance to get maybe one-quarter of what they're after at most, and whoever follows them shall get the rest. When you add to that the total uncertainty over just who is going to be the next President of the USA. every war profiteer is freaking out becauuse in reality, every single one of them may be pushed aside come 2009, so none of them want to start anything now, the Iranians seem to have successfully staved off what many considered the inevitable. However, don't think that the Washingtonians are going to come up short here, every good planner has a Plan B, and thse folks are no exception.

Do not expect them to say that they are going to leave Iran alone, the saber rattling will go on and even increase in intensity, after all, these warmongers and neocons have even more reason to be pissed off at Iran now than ever before and they are not  going to forget or forgive that at all. They will do whatever they can to make life hard on the Iranians just to fuck them over if for no toher reason. However, push wil not come to shove in this case like everyonme (including me for a long time) thought that it would. What Washington wil do is to go Plan B, and that involves Iraq. Since it has become impossible for American troops to go into Iran, the most logical thing for them to do is to stay in Iraq and totally fuck the entire society up like they have. No more elections, no more inked fingers, no more voters that Geraldo Rivera wants to kiss, Civil War is what we want in iraq now and we are getting it too. There is no longer any interest in making Iraq a stable society because the real reason for making it one was so that the American troops could split from there and go into Iran and do their thing, and to do that you needed Iraq to be stable. Now that you lnow that you are not going into Iran, you have to try and make up as much of the lost riches as you can, and the way to do that is to keep Iraq in a perpetual state of war, as war is as profitable as stealing jewels and shit, just not as easy, because the American public would have never known that their people were stealing jewels and other valuables, but they know when there's a war going on. However, Bush's people know that they have no  other way to profit from now until January 2009  except to keep Iraq unstable, and that is exactly what they are doing.  That is why Bush lies so and says that he sees no Civil War there  because that is his way if playing the same type of stall game that Iran has played with him, he acts like there's no problem in Iraq and when one erupts, he reacts way too late, so there is no way that he can stop it, and that's he wants. he knows that he does not have to stall anywhere near as long as Iran has to, he only has to do it until January 20,2009. He knows that this might only produce about half of what his people planned on plundering from Iran, but he also knows that his people will rather take half than nothing and that they know what the score is here. He knows that they are pissed off at him a lot over this, but he also knows that once 2009 comes around, that what they say  no longer matters to him because he wil be in a secure retirement. Besides that, he likes being known as a "war President", and Iraq in Civil war helps him with that image, for without constant war, George W. Bush is nothing. Iran was supposed to be the final feather in his cap on that one, but he is also pursuing a Plan B and taking what he can get. So in all of this, the Iranians come out the big winners because not only have they forestalled an American attack, they are seeing their enemies over in Iraq getting their entire society ruined and destroyed, which is something that they have wanted to make happen for many years now butr never quite could, so they are making America do their dirty work for them and they sit back and laugh on two fronts. The Americans are laughing too, just not quite as hard, because at least they had a Plan B to go to and it seems to be working where the other one failed, so they are not total losers either. The ones that are not laughing at all here and are the total losers in all of this are the Iraqi people, not only do they not get the new and stable society that they were promised by America, they have to see their ancient enemies the Iranians enjoying every minute of it too as they go on with their society relatively unscathed while they have to worry if their  own will ever even survie to exist in the future. So Plan B serves many people well, not as well as Plan A, but well enough, while the same people that were set to be the losers in Plan A are playing the same role in Plan B, showing exactly how they are though of by those that bring these thiungs to them.
