September 22, 2007- Still Fucking Around

   As usual, the six-nation talks aimed at getting some kind of solution to the issue of North Korea's nuclear program are as fucked up as ever, with the usual, on-again, off-again shit happening, the latest on that is that they are supposed to start up again sometime early next month, but that is not a sure thing either. It does not seem that the reason for all this delay and bulshit ios because these talks are that complicated a thing, they are rather straightforward innature, with North Korea knowing full well what the other want, and saying that they are willing to give it to them, but that always seems to come with strings attached, the least of which is the start and stop nature of the talks themselves. It seemed that finally North Korea and that fucker that runs the country Kim Jong-Il, were  ready to accept the fact that the game was essentially over for them and that they had to agree to some kind of a deal. They had to take a look around them and see the disaster that they had wrought upon their land, the famines that were made much worse this past summer by massive flooding, the political isolation that was cast upon their land, and most of all, the fact that Kim Jong-Il's life of rock star type partying and carrying on had finally seemed to catch up to him  and that he was sick and on his way out at last. The fears of what might happen to him once that happened got to be too much and he reluctantly agreed to the deals concerning his nuclear shit that he had been avoiding for so long and said that he would do everything that the others wanted, stop his nuclear program and shut down his reactors and let inspectors come into his country and see for themselves that he had indeed complied this time and he promised to be a good psycopath. He pledged that his envoys and lackeys would be at the six-nation talks and everything, and everyone seemed thrilled and elated that the little cocksucker Kim jong-Il was finally coming to his senses. However, then the gamesmanship and general bullshit that the fucker is known for started up once again, his lackeys and envoys said that they would not be at the talks, and said that they never wanted to be there, and now have said that they'll be there next month, the usual dance that North Korea always does on these issues. But there has been another incident that involves North Korea that is way more disturbing and far more dangerous than any dipolmatic dances that the lackeys do, and that was an incident involving Israel and Syria. Earlier this month, there was an israeli air raid inside Syria, one that Israel said was done because they felt they had to do something about the nascent Syrian nuclar program. They bombed a border town that they said was storing nuclear weapons and shit, but they also said that they saw people besides the Syrian government and military there, they said they saw North Korean dudes there too. The North Koreans would not have been there on some kind of vacation (holiday) or anything, because Syria is no holiday paradise,  and North Koreans are not allowed to leave their country on such junkets either, no matter who they are, for fear of defections, so anyt North Koreans that  were there that day in Syria would only have had one purpose, they were sealing a deal where Syria bought the nuclear shit that Israel wanted destroyed from North Korea and helping the Syrians set it up and showing them how it all worked. If that is true, that does not really seem in keeping with any deals to dismantle any nuclear programs or anything, it looks like North Korea is still fucking around every bit as much, if not even more, with nuclear technology and is not serious about anything that it says to the contrary.

   Of course, North Korea says that its people were nowhere near Syria on the day in question or ever for that matter, and that this is all lies and bullshit.  The Syrian government is also in their corner, saying that this whole thing is just Israeli aggression and propaganda because they do not even have a nuclear program and have no intention of starting one now. They say that the places that israel bombed were just regular factories, not places where nuclear bombs were being made or stored, and that they have no deals in place with North Korea to buy any nuclear shit from them. Needless to say, this incident has caused problems on two fronts, it has increased tensions in the already volatile Middle East, and it has thrown a big old monkey wrench into the talks aimed at stopping the North Korean nuclear program. many in washington are now saying that these talks should not be re-started at  all, that this proives that Kim Jong-Il is the same lying motherfucker that he ever was, sick or not, and that the only way to deal with him is through force. It looks very much like he is lying again, that he has every bit as much of an intention of going along with stopping his nuclear program as he ever did, and that was always zero, and that he wants to use the other countries involved in it as pawns like he has done for years so he can run about and do his shit with impunity. This is the formula that the little shit has employed ever since he took over North Korea from his old man back in 1994, saying that he will comply and then backing out at the last second and issuing blustery rhetoric and then promising to be good again and repeating the same cycle endlessly because doing so has bought him time to go about his business, not only making a nuclear program, but his other sidelines, things like dealing heroin, counterfeiting money, dealing speed, shit like that. He has been able to make himself a lot of money while his country falters these last 13 years doing this shit, and it looks like he is doing it again, but it seemed that he might be done with doing that shit recently because of what has been going down, the utter ruiniation of his country combined with his bad health. It seemed that the game was finally over for him and he had to play the last card he had, the nuclear one, to avoid a terrible fate like other tyrants and dictators and be able to die on his own terms. That was the only thing that would ever bring the little bastard to the negotiating table, the fact that he was not going to be able to write his own script anymore and had to face reality whether he liked it or not. So seeing that the endgame for him has come sooner than he wanted it  to, it seemed to make a lot of sense to finally be serious about this negotiation shit and it still does. It is not out of the realm of possibility for israel to lie about who they said they saw at the bombing site, after all, it cannot be very easy to tell just who is in a building that you are bombing, you are not looking for them anyways, you are looking to destroy the building and all inside it. Plus, you would be at a certain altitude, and how you could accurately tell faces and races of people on the ground is dubious, everyone could look Asian in a scene like that, so Israel's insistences are not something that can be verified. There have not been any other reports of North Koreans around the Syriamn border, and America would know if they were now, as Iraq borders Syria, and the American occupying troopps could see if there were any over there or not. So there seems to be some question as to whether there were any North Koreans over in Syria and whether they are fucking around more or shooting straight.

   However, past performances show that Kim Jong-Il is not a man to be trusted worth shit, and the surrent situation shows that once again. It seems that he has looked at the situation very carefully as always and has seen that the endgame may be something more in his favor than he thought. He probably has a better idea of just how sick he is and how much longer he has left, and now that the inital scare has worn off, he has his usual evil plans in mind. He knows that the jig is essentially up for him, sick or healthy, that he has pushed the fucker far beyond the limits and that he has gone as far as he can possibly  go with it. he knows that trhe days of the North Korean nuclear program as he and hios old man befoe him knew it are going to end soon, and he is capitalizing on it. For years, people have said that in addition to everything else, that Kim Jong-Il was dealing nuclear technology and shit and putting it in the hands of the wrong people. That was wrong on two fronts, first of all, it was a Pakistani scientist named Khan that was selling nuclear hardware and software and putting it into the hands of any fuckwad that had the money, including Kim Jong-Il, and secondly, Kim Jong-Il was way too fucking paranoid to even think of selling his nuclear shit to anyone, no matter how much money it may have brought in, because unlike heroin and speed, you could have used that nuclear shit against him and fucked him up with it, and the dude was way too pananoid to even think of arming  a potential future enemy, so he kept the nuclear shit to himself. Now however, the timkes have changed and he doesw not think that way. To begin with, Khan was the dude that let the nuclear genie out of the bottle and made sure that  every rogue state in the world could get their hands on the stuff, so he would not be making much of a difference on that front, and secondly, he knows that his nuclear program is going to be shut down soon, if not while he is alive, shortly afterwards, and he sees an opportunity to make a fast buck, the opportunity that he has always had and ignored, now he does not want to ignore it anymore. he sees Syria as a safge place to start, even though they have an unstable government run by a madman, Kim knows that as long as he is alive, Syria will never attack his country, mainly because they have too many existing problems with Israel and America and could never get it together enough to attack him. He also sees a way to fuck with the nations that have twisted his arms and balls and dragged him to the negotiating table over this shit anyway, he never had any intention of doing it, and he is pissed off at them for making him. The grandiose Holywood script that he had written for himself where he went out in glory like his old man did is not going to happen for him, and that does not sit well with the egomaniac. he knows he'll go out OK, but not his way, and he wants to stick it to the people he feels are responsible for that. America is right at the top of that short list, and he knows that if he sends some of his people out Syria way and sells them some missiles and shit that Washington will shit bricks and freak out, and that makes him happy. He also knows that thjey cannot do anything to him for it, because they do not want to fuck up those talks any more than they already have been,  so they'll let it slide. That was why he was so cavalier abolut letting his people be seen in Syria, normally, the dude is a secretive as it gets, and letting his people be seen like that means that he wanted them seen there. The fact that a few got killed in the bombing raid means zero to him, because human life is a disposable commodity to that asshole, he uses it for propaganda purposes, bitching out Israel for killing some of his people.

   So North Korea is definetly fucking around again, and wil continue to do so as long as Kim Jong-Il is in charge there.  His massive ego and childish temper tantrums will be more than enough to keep the same old charade going for a few more years. He never intends to settle doen and play nice becaus ethat is just against his nature. He is a vain , evil, venal man that has a burning hatred for those he considers his enemies and will do anything that he possibly can for as long as he is alive to fuck with them. What better way for him to ensure that his precious nuclear program does not get consigned to the history books by his foes than to make sure that he sells some of it beforehand to someone else that will keep the "dream" alive for a while longer. He knows  that it wil be many decades before anyone derails thge Syrian nuclear program, if they ever do, and that means that he and his program live on through it, and he knows that Syria will ultimately sell some of their shit to someone else, and he'll live on there too, and so on and so on. He feels that Khan should not be the only one that gains immortality through the proliferation of nuclear weapons, thast he shoulld be in on the game too, and now that his game is over, it is time to cash in these chips too. All that this shows is that there can never be a real solution to the problem of a nuclear North Korea as long as Kim Jong-Il is alive. The dude is intent on fucking things up for life, so the solution to the problem has to start with his removal as leader of North Korea. For over 10 years now, he has held everything up with the talks so that he can continue to fuck around, and now even though the man is ill, he refuses to give it up and obviously never will. Washington is well aware of that fact, but there is not much that they can do about it except continue the endelss fan dance with this fucker and hope for the best. They know that he'll limit his fucking around with the nuclear shit because he won't want to lose his last trump card, so the proliferation of his shit won't be as far and wide as Khan's was. However, this wil probably be the final straw for Washington, and they'll start working behind the scenes with China to get rid of this little shithead so that this issue can finaly be resolved. All that anyone would be waiting for here would be the completion of the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, and then, all bets are off. That is why Kim Jong-Il chose now top start fucking around like this, because he knows that he is probably history after those Olympics, health issues or not, and he can make one last buck beforehand and piss his tormentors off as well.  As for Syria, they'll be dealt with at a later date, most likely by Israel, so any shit they buy off of North Korea is just a big waste of money, things they can never use. So, as Always, there is one and only one "winner" here, and that is Kim Jong-Il and his ego.  He gets to use his swan song to his advantage, not the Hollywood script that he wanted it to be, but every good director has an alternate script in tow, and since Kim Jong-Il is an ardent Hollywood disciple, he had one too, and we are starting to see it now. Nothing the man or his government says is sincere  nor will it ever be, all you'll ever  get out of them is fucking around on top of fucking around, that is the only thing they know. Unfortunately, they'll end up taking down a bunch of patsies and dupes to add to the sorry legacy of that country and government, but the silver lining is that the 2008 Olympics are just a year away and after that, maybe the world can be rid of the scourge that is Kim Jong-Il and a very thorny situation can be resolved without something catastrpohic happening for a change.
