It was hoped that this attitude would lead to concessions from these states, and for a while it looked like it might just work out that way, but then things changed. In the last few days, both these countries have come out with statements regarding their future plans for this subject. Iran went before the United Nations and flat out said that they intend to pursue their nuclear programs just like they want to and that there's nothing that anyone can do about it. They have essentially said that they are going to make nuclear bombs if they want to and that they are no longer afraid of the United States and tired of listening to what they have to say and so forth. The United Nations tried the best that they could to talk Iran out of this shit, but they would not listen to them either. So now, Iran is going full speed ahead with its nuclear program and Washington is freaking out big time again. With North Korea, the news is a bit different, and not as stark, at least on the surface. Just the other day, they suddenly announced that not only were they back at the bargaining table but that they had reached an agreement with the other parties on the whole issue. They said that they'd stop their nuclear program now and let inspectors back in to verify that they have done that and so on, which seems to be victory for America here, but it is not that at all. There was on every large concession made by America to North Korea, and that was the fact that the country would still be allowed to pursue its "peaceful" uses of atomic energy, in other words, be able to have nuclear power plants and the like and no one knows if they will be able to continue to make nuclear bombs with this process so the issue of nuclear bombs is far from over here. America knowingly made that concession too, they were right there when it all went down even though they do not like it. So, suddenly, the whole scenario between America and the remaining Axis Of Evil countries has changed dramatically. No longer is anyone shaking in their boots at the thought of an American invasion of their country, even Iran now says that they feel that if America does invade them, that they will be able to defeat them, something that they have never said before. They are talking tough, and North Korea has been talking tough ever since this all began, and both of these Axis Powers have suddenly become bold as love and everything else that you can imagine too. They now are telling the United Nations, the United States and anyone else that will listen what they are going to do from now on. According to them , it is all because they are right and America is wrong here and that they are sick of America being the bully of the world and trying to tell everyone else what to do all of the time and they are going to take the initiative and stand up to them and so on and so forth, great propaganda for their state run media outlets to broadcast to the masses, and great ways for them to stir the people all up into an anti American frenzy to use as they see fit.
However, the real reason that they have suddenly grown these great big balls that they are flashing around has zero to do with any moral bullshit or right and wrong stuff or any of their propaganda, it has to do with an act of nature, and that would be Hurricane Katrina. Everyone has seem the catastrophic damage that this hurricane has done, even those in closed states like North Korea must have seen it all by now because there was ample propaganda chances for the governments the to use by showing the dying and helpless people and telling their masses that this is how America cares for its own and so forth. So everyone on the planet knows what a horrible blow that this was to America and how they had serious problems dealing with it. Everyone also knows that America has the most massive cleanup and rebuilding job in its history ahead of it in rebuilding New Orleans and no one quite knows how they'll fare with that one. When you add to that the fact that America is currently fighting a two pronged war in Afghanistan and Iraq, they are spread very thin right now, because the massive damage caused by Katrina is like opening up a third front on the war and being split three ways. That is why Iran and North Korea suddenly grew balls and are saying that they want to do this and that. They see America as gravely weakened and unable to do anything about them anymore. That looks especially true in North Korea's case, where Washington made a concession to them that they adamantly refused to do before, a concession that essentially lets them do as they please. That was why North Korea came back to the bargaining table now, not because of anything that China did or said, but because they see America as weak now and vulnerable. They made the bullshit concessions that they did just so they could take advantage of America right now. Same thing with Iran, they are being obstinate now because they see America as weak as well, and they see an opportunity to push their own agenda. They only want nuclear weapons because they are afraid that America will invade them if they don't have any, and now they see that America is not in shape to invade them or anyone else right now, at least they think so, and that means that they are just going to go ahead with their plans as scheduled. They look at it as by the time America has gotten back on its feet again from Katrina they will have everything in place just as they have always wanted it and it will be too late to stop them by then. North Korea looks at it the same way, they both figure that they have at least a year before America can recover from this, and that depends on no more hurricanes hitting the country this year, and since that Is highly unlikely, since one seems to be heading for the Gulf of Mexico right now and will hit America hard somewhere and fuck things up even more and that will set the timetable back even further, so they actually have a lot longer than that in which to work here. Both Iran and North Korea will be long finished with whatever nuclear shit they were working on by then, and that's when the next phase of this whole saga starts and it won't be one that America likes much.
However, there is one big problem with this line of thinking, and that's the theory that America won't do anything militarily to anyone now after Katrina. Right now this minute, no, but Bush is not about to put the war plans on hold for a year or more because that will cost Mr. Businessman money, and he needs to make some back because he lost some in Katrina and Bush wants to do what Mr. Businessman says, he always has. Mr. Businessman wants war, he wants an invasion of Iran, and he wanted that yesterday. This hurricane shit is just fucking up his well laid plans and he'll be sure to let Bush know that too. An invasion of Iran is still on, and always will be on as long as Bush is President, and the hurricane won't stop that, just slow it down a tad. Even the presence of nuclear arms in Iran won't stop them, they have plans for that, like pre-emptive strikes designed to neutralize that stuff right away and so forth. Iran is making on hell of a big mistake getting so bold as love now because they are still Number One on the hit list for Washington despite the hurricane. North Korea is another story, because as I said before, they are too heavily militarized and would put up too much of a fight so they are going to be dealt with in other ways, but Iran does not have that option before them. Bush does not care that America is occupied on three fronts now, he'll be glad to make it four, a nice even number. He will commit whatever resources and such that he feels necessary to the war effort, hurricane or no hurricane. Everyone knows by now that war is his thing, that's how he defines himself, and he has an unfinished agenda to pursue here. Especially now since the hurricane, because he knows full well that many think that America Is weak now, and that's one thing that Bush cannot stand, and he'll do what he thinks he has to in order to prove that wrong. To him, the only way that's done is by taking the military and sending them somewhere to kick some ass. Iran was on the list to start with, and they'll make a perfect example too. Bush looks at this as part of the hurricane recovery, what better way to prove that America is back again then to go and invade Iran? That will make people forget about whatever problems are besetting the Gulf Coast at that time and get all patriotic and on the bandwagon again like they were in 2003 when Iraq was invaded. This is how Bush thinks, he has proven that time and time again and he will be no different now. Iran seems to think otherwise, and they are dangerously underestimating Bush here. North Korea knows better so they are going in a different direction than Iran is. Iran is acting the fool here and daring Bush to do something to them, and Bush would love to take them right up on that as soon as he can. Rest assured that he will too, a lot sooner than anyone ever expected. No matter how many hurricanes or blizzards or tornadoes or whatever hit America this year Bush will still find the men, money, and time to wage war somewhere, and Iran is prime territory for that. So all this boldness on Iran's part is only going to get them invaded for sure, at least North Korea is playing it cool here. They would love to see Iran invaded, that would give them even more time to get their shit together and do whatever they wanted to do. They know that Bush wants some kind of glorious war scene to show the world that America is back again, and they would love to see it happen in Iran while they go scot free. That's why they'll back Iran all the way here, and make them go further and further out on a limb against America so that they become the scapegoat just as planned. They have zero to lose by being bold, they have always had a hedge against America, but Iran never has had one, and they don't have one now, despite what they might think. So you can expect to continue to hear all this bold and brash shit from these Axis countries for a while, especially during recovery from Katrina, as these two, especially Iran, feel their oats and think that they can be badasses. Bush wil just bide his time, and he'll use Katrina as a smokescreen for his war efforts for a while, as he has been doing all this month, all the while figuring out what he wants to do about the remaining Axis countries. Katrina has only slowed down the American war machine, not stopped it at all, and that juggernaut will pick up steam and speed Once again and become the behemoth that it was before the hurricane, and Iran will find that one out the hard way. For no act of God or nature will stop George W. Bush from waging war, it is what he does best, and what he loves best too, he just views all this Katrina shit as a challenge to him to wage an even larger and more vicious war against the world at large. The boldness that these Axis lands show is just bullshit, they surely know what Bush is and how he plans to bounce back from all this and that it's just a matter of time before America plays the adversary to these countries again, it's just that this time, they'll be more prepared for America to do that, but whether they'll be prepared enough remains to be seen, so they had also better be bust beavers during America's hurricane recovery, because they have unresolved issues with Washington too, and those issues will come back someday and probably take us right back to square one where we all started from to begin with, as nothing will ever be resolved.
