September 5, 2008- Looking To Upgrade

   A recurring theme of not just the George W. Bush Administration, but of the Clinton Administration, the George H.W. Bush Administration, the Reagan Administration, etc. has been the endless saga of North Korea. Ever since that state was founded back in like 1948 or so, it has been a problem for the USA, mainly because it has always been run by despotic madmen and that it has aggressively pursused a military state. North Korea has always said that they pretty much have to be that way because, technically, the Korean War was never officially ended so they live in a war zone and they haver to have a strong military to deal with that. Never mind the fact that there has not been any real action in that war since 1953, paranoid-ass North Korea has always insisted that they need the biggest and best equipped military to help deal with that state of war. In recent years, that has come tomean that they feel the need to have nuclear weapons, something that concerns Washington greatly, and with very good reason. No one really wants that little cocksucker Kim Jong-Il to have these things, after all, the dude is a madman and a serious drug addict and alcoholic and who knows what the fuck he might do with them. So Washington has always stood in the way of Kim Jong-Il's ambitions, and tried to stop him from getting anything nuclear except maybe a microwave oven. Ever since that little shithead took over North Korea after his old man died in 1994, every American Administration has had to deal with his sorry ass and play his little game, all the while hoping that they stop him before it is too late and he really gets that shit that he wants. The current Administration has been no different, they have had go around after go around after go around with that asshole, trying everything that they could possibly think of to stop him. His sorry ass country got put on the terrorist list with a star after it, they were made charter members of the "Axis Of Evil" that Bush spoke of, and they were treated like pariahs for a while, the Bush Administration hoping that that would knock some sense into his fucking head. All that did was to make things worse, Kim Jong-Il starved his people and blamed America for it, all the while using every available resource that he could marshall to get those nuclear weapons that he wanted so badly. So the Bush Administration had to break down and start negotiating with him, they actually had six party talks to try and resolve this shit. They stopped and started, stopped and started, again and again, with North Korea agreeing to something and then backing out every time. Finally, they came to an agreement, and North Korea really stopped shit this time, they even let everyone see that they were dismantling their nuclear shit like they were supposed to, and things seemed to be on track.  It looked like Kim Jong-Il had finally run out of excuses to use and hide behind, and was now serious about dismantling the nuclear shit. Many felt that it was because he was finally backed into a corner, if the dude did not want to have to stand trial for what he has done in his country, he had to be serious this time, and that was why he was. Whatever the reason, it seemed as if North Korea was going to comply at last and that the next American Administration, whoever that may be, would not have to deal with that issue, one less thing that they would have on a very busy schedule of issues anhd such to deal with throughout the world.

   However, it had to be kept in mind just who Washington was dealing with here, the same jagoff that  had broken so many other promises and treaties before, and whose word meant as much  puke in the dust. The fucker had always found some excuse to back out in the past, and the little asswipe  has not disappointed us again this time. What started this latest tantrum was the fact that Kim Jong-Il wanted North Korea taken out of the "Axis Of Evil" and off of the terrorist list because being on there was bad for business. I mean, not too many want to do any business with a state that is on the international terrorist list becauswe the risks of doing so are way too great. Kim Jong-Il has some idea that he can bring North Korea back into respectability by his own leadership, but that he will need money and help0 from other countries to do so, and if he is still on that list, he cannot het that, so he told Washington that he wanted off. Washington did not respond because they knew who they were dealing with and that he cannot be trusted, so they needed a lot more proof that he was serious this time before they took him off the lists. The shit that he offered as "proof" that he was serious this time was not very convincing, showing old shit that he said was still in use even though it was hopelessly out of date and closing and demolishing some old, crumbling buildings that he said housed the nuclear program fooled no one, so he stayed on the list until Washington was sure that was for real. That was not good enough for the little shit, who wanted off the lists first and then he'd finish the dismantling process. Since he was not getting his way, that fucker did what he always has done, threw a tantrum and started "slowing down" the pace at which he said he was dismantling. That did not get a response from Washington, or at least not the one that he wanted, so last week, Kim Jong-Il had one of his stooges announce that North Korea had stopped dismantling everything, and was going to start putting it all back together again. He said that he is doing this because Washington won't take him off the lists, and that means that they are not living up to their part of the agreement, so that means that he does not have to either. No one wuite knows if they are rebuilding the shit over there, but Washington is taking it seriously enough that they are sending an envoy over to North Korea, or to wherever the six-party talks take place, to see what the fuck is up this time. No matter what, it looks like Noth Korea has backed out of an agreement for the who the fuck knows how many times and plans to play the same fucked up game that they have been playing for decades now. Once again, the talks seem to be at a stalemate, with North Korea not stopping its nuclear program one bit and Washington and the  rest of the parties trying to figure out what the fuck went wrong this time and what they need to do to get things back on the right track, assuming that they were ever there at all. Many feel that these North Korean actons are the work of the mind of a madman, that Kim Jong-Il is so fucked up now that he has zero idea of what he is doing, he had the goodwill ball rolling his way and things happening his way, and now he has gone and fucked that all up royally and sent everything right back to the beginning again and now no one can say for certain what is going to come out of this all. The latest chapter in the never-ending game continues, and as always, Kim Jong-Il knows exactly what he is doing and has very concrete reasons for his actions.

   That shit about wanting off of the list was as always, just a smokescreen for what that asshole really wants. It would do him no good at all to get off thes elists right now, because first, there is not really an "Axis Of Evil" listing, and that organization does not even really exist anymore, because Iraq is no longer on it, and besides, it became somewhat of a joke after a while, rock bands had tours that stole that name, as did comedians, and the whole thing became a late night TV joke. So Bush has not used that term to refer to anyone for years now, it gathers dust, kind of like the color-coded terror alret system does, so ther is no getting out of the "Axis Of Evil" because that shit does not really exist. However, there is a list of states that sponsor terrorism, and North Korea would do itself good to get the fuck off of that, as would any country on it, but getting off of it now does them no good simply because there is such little time left in the Bush Administration, that North Korea gets no advantages getting off that list now. Next January 20th, the entire world order changes, and these lists will be totally re-written. North Korea may not be on the new list, so getting off the old one now is no big deal and they know it. However, crying about it and using it as the excuse to stop dismantling shit is a huge advantage for them because it gives them what they have gotten every other time they have backed out of a deal, time to keep right on developing the nuclear shit that they want so badly. It was nuts to believe that the old shit that they showed off was really the shit that was the core of the nuclear program, the stuff was so old and broken down that it was only good for scrap at the most and had been abandoned years, if not decades ago. They never stopped shit, they were going right ahead with the real program, while they were getting all kinds of money and free help in getting rid of the old, decrepit shit that they had and laughing all the way. Kim Jong-Il has no intentions ever of stop;ping his nuclear program because the little cunt needs it badly, he needs those weapons to scare the rest of the world into playing endless games with him as he marches right on forward with his original agenda. The fact is that he probably does have a few nuclear weapons already and wants more. he knows that he has no real friends in the world, that there is not a country on earth that wants his sorry ass around North Korea anymore so they can go ahead with reunification of the Korean Peninsula and make lots of money doing so. However, Kim Jong-Il stands in the way of that, and he knows it too, and needs these weapons to have any chance at all of being taken even remotely seriously as a world leader and not just as a wasted player. So he has to go in order to make that reunification possible, and he wants no part of that, at least not under the circumstances that have been presented to him, that shit is not good enough, he wants more. He wants to set the terms for his departure or whatever, not any other parties, and if he did not constantly play this infantile game with the nukes and the talks, he would never have been able to take over when the old man died, because his old man would have been tossed the fuck out of there way before he died. Everything that Kim Jong-Il has is tied to these weapons that Washington does not want him to have so much, and that's why they are so fucking important to him, not because there was no treaty ending the Korean War in 1953.

   So now, all he has to do is stall for a few more months and he has a new American Administration in office, one that he can start playing that game all over again with. He does not realy care who wins, because he wins either way, if Mc Cain gets in, he'll be all hawkish towards North Korea, renewing the "Axis Of Evil" type talk, and that will suit Kim Jong-Il just fine, because that gives him the excuse to blow off any talks totally and go on developing his nuclear weapons, because he knows that no matter how much bluster McCain may throw his way, that he can do nothing about it, because America is just stretched too thin militarily to start any conflict with his military. Sanctions will do no good, they never have, and they give him excuses so starve the people that he hates in his country and thusly eliminate them, lik ehe has for years now. If OIbama gets in, he knows that there wilo be negitiations right away, and Kim Jong-Il probably drools over the chance to work out on someone as inexperienced as Obama because he has shown that he is a master at manipulating negotiations his way, and an Obama Administration gives him ample chances to do that over and over again. So Kin Jong-Il wants a newe deal out of a New American Administration, and that is why he is backing out of things now. Shit, he has only a little more than four months to have to stall this time, and that is nothing comparede to the stall tactics that he has used in the past. Washington cannot do shit to him in that time, it is way too concerned with the elections to have the time or resources to do anything real to him, so he wants to sit back and play the asshole one more time on Bush and wait and see if he can get a better deal out of whoever follows Bush. However,once that fucker gets the nuclear shit the way he wants it, all deals are off, and he is damn close to getting that, so the next Administration had better take that into consideration because the deal that he may want out of them could be strikingly different than the ones that he has gone for thus far. That jagoff wants to remain leader of North Korea until he dies like his old man did, and he has done an expert job of playing Washington through several different Administrations to get there, and heis a lot closer to his dream than anyone realizes. The next American Administration that he deals with may very well be his last, the fucker is in il health from massive drug and alcohol abuse and may not have that much longer as it is. So he thinks that he only has to cut an upgraded deal one more time and he'll be home free and that is what is driving him this time. That is why he backed out of things again, and is admitting what he has been doing all along, and that is continuing with the nuclear program. It always has been all about Kim Jong-Il and nothing else, and that is how it is beinjg handled now and always wil be handled, and any new American Administration is going to find that out just like the three or four preceeding them did, and the game that has gone on for so long probably will just enter into a new phase. North Korea wil be taken off of the shit lists no matter what Kim Jong-Il might do and he knows that, so expect him to just continue to play the new Administration like he has all the others, constantly looking for an upgraded deal that buys him time until the day that he finally takes the fatal overdose that kills him or whatever, and then, as far as he is concerned, the whole game is over and he won, so it won't be until after that when we'll see real progress on the North Korean nuclear issue.
