In the war-torn world that we inhabit nowadays, it always is nice to hear that countries are resorting to talks and negotiations rather than warfare to settle issues. If this tactic was followed more often, there would not be so much war and strife in the world. Well, maybe. America is being accused of being a country that resorts to war rather than talks to settle things nowadays. Those that say this point to Afghanistan and Iraq and Liberia and so on to justify this. It is said that America is no longer interested in negotiations, that war is all they want. However, America is doing its best to dispel that notion one one front. We all know that one of America's problems is the shit that Kim Jong-Il is pulling in North Korea, mainly the resurrection of his nuclear weaponry projects. America has made it clear that this is an issue that could very well lead to war. For months now, we have heard increasingly bombastic rhetoric coming from both sides on this issue. North Korea says so what if it is building bombs, it has a right to do so, and will not only build them, but use them if they deem it necessary. America says that kind of talk will get North Korea invaded Iraq-style and all that. Both sides seemed to be getting the other more and more pissed. North Korea said that the7 wanted to talk with America, but that America refused, and they did, sort of. See, what America said was that they would not have one-on-one talks with North Korea over this, that they wanted other parties to be included, specifically, China, Japan, South Korea, and Russia. North Korea said no way to that and the stalemate continued. Neither side would budge from their position at all. North Korea's position was that they wanted to talk with America alone, because this was an issue between them and America, and it was nobody else's business. America says that these multi-party talks are the way that shit like this is done on the international scale, and North Korea does not get that, seeing as how they are so isolated and all. This shit went back and forth and forth and back again with no clear resolution in sight, making it seem as if war clouds were gathering on the horizon yet again. However, in the last few days there has been a break in the impasse. North Korea has agreed to the American terms, meaning that there will be six-way talks between America, North Korea, South Korea, Russia, China, and Japan. These talks are set to start sometime soon. Diplomats are hopeful that they will be able to avoid war with these talks. The reality of it all is something else again, as it usually is. For the reality is that these talks are just going to be a big song and dance show. With six parties involved, that is certain. America says that the reason that they want six parties is that this is the way that it is done, and that is bullshit. America has negotiated many an agreement with other countries in a one-on-one format. The reason that they don't want to now is really because they do not know shit about North Korea and how it operates. That society is about as reclusive as it gets. Kim Jong-Il is still largely an enigma to America, they don't know much about him, but his neighbors do. If you look closely, all the other countries that America wants in these talks are North Korea's neighbors. America wants them around to help them understand just what the fuck they are going to be dealing with. Since America knows so little about North Korea, the other countries are going to help them understand. It is supposed to work both ways here too, because all the other countries are allies of America too, and they understand how America thinks and works, and they can help North Korea understand things better too. Many think that the real reason that Kim Jong-Il wanted one-on-one talks was to try and exploit this, and that may very well be true, as he is an expert at exploitation. He may have felt that he could have made all sorts of outrageous claims to America and they would believe them all. After all, he knows way more about America than America knows about him and his land. He is an avid watcher of American TV and movies and the like, so he is very familiar with American ways, no matter what bullshit he tries to sell. So it is not him that needs other parties to help him understand things, it is America. The real problem is that America has become so arrogant as of late, that they will not talk with certain people, they consider them beneath them, look at how the government "negotiated" with Saddam before the war. North Korea is another country on this list, that America feels is beneath them. So America does not want to talk to North Korea directly, they want to do it through intermediaries. Since America looks so askance at Kim Jong-Il, they consider him a backwards tyrant that starves his own people and persecutes them while he lives high off the hog and causes trouble in the world, they really don't want to have anything to do with the guy at all. That is why Kim Jong-Il resorts to this nuclear scare shit to get their attention. He plans on being in power until he dies, like his old man was, and he wants to be a part of the community of nations, but he wants to do that under his terms, not anyone else's, and that is what pisses America off so. However, since they had a huge part in the creation of this nitwit, by engaging in the Korean War that brought his country about, America had to deal with him sooner or later, it was inevitable. Another one of their creations was coming back to haunt them again. So America said that they were the ones that would oversee any integration of North Korea into the community of nations, and they set down the rules for the talks. They have made sure that the other parties that they want involved here will get a piece of the pie too. Everyone stands to benefit from these talks in the format that America came up with. Problem is, there is one party in particular that does not give a fuck what anyone except themselves get out of it all, and that is North Korea.

All that Kim Jong-Il wants out of this is whatever he can get and nothing else. There is no way that the dude suddenly agreed to change his position and accept America's terms unless he had a plan. He simply does not work any other way. He is a tyrant that starves and persecutes his own people so that he can live a grand lifestyle, and he is about as spoiled as it gets. Now that Soviet Communism has fallen, he does not have his patron like his old man did,so he needs to resort to other tactics to keep the party going for him. America was the most likely target for him, and about the easiest too. Since he was a Communist, all that he had to do was say that he had nuclear weapons and would use them, and he knew that would get America's attention. All he wants from America is for them to leave him alone to do as he pleases, like he has been. America is reluctant to do so because the dude is fuckin' dangerous. So he has to do the diplomatic dance with America so that he can get his way. He just did not want to do a six way dance, but someone seems to have convinced him that he can get what he wants out of this even more. What he will do is to sow confusion in these talks. With six sides, there will be six different agendas, and Kim Jong-Il will take full advantage of that. He will confuse regional issues with world ones, he will try to pit one against another as much as he can, all this shit. He will do this to try and throw America off its game, so to speak. If he can get America to be bickering and squabbling with the other countries involved, he can exploit that to obscure his issues. There is no way that he wants to stop making nuclear weapons and shit, it is too profitable for him. Nor does he want to stop selling drugs, or stop counterfeiting currency, none of it. That is how he makes his money, the dude has no idea of how to do anything legitimately. So he has no intention of accepting any American demands that he do these things, and that is the whole crux of the talks in the first place. All he wants to do is to manipulate everything to his liking. Since he has a lifetime of experience doing this, look for him to bust his ass on this one. He wants the six-way talks now to help him do just that. He will cut secret backroom deals with the other four countries behind America's back to get what he wants. He will stab anyone in the back, figuratively or literally, to get what he wants. He will use the plight of his people, the plight that he put them in, to get what he wants. He will hit America up for huge amounts of humanitarian aid money, saying that he needs it to rebuild his impoverished land. He will probably say that he cannot continue negotiations without it, the situation is so dire, and it is.So America will give him lots and lots of the American taxpayer's money, and the dude will take it and use it to do everything that America wants him to stop doing. There is no way that anyone can accurately track where any money or goods go to when they go to North Korea, are they used for the people like they are supposed to be, or are they all going to Kim Jong-Il and his cronies? Kim Jong-Il is a master of propaganda. What he will do is to choose sites in his country that he does not really need, and dispose of them. There will be great fanfare as he destroys some nuclear plant ot another, but the reality is that it will make no difference at all. Kim Jong Il feels that North Korea is a soverign nation, with all the rights of America. One of those rights, according to him, is the right to have armaments in order to defend one's self. Since America has nuclear weaponry, then he has a right to have it too. It is very hard for America to go around telling other countries that they cannot have nuclear weapons and shit, when they have more of the shit than anyone else now. The fact that there has only been one country that has used nuclear weapons in warfare ,and that is America, further complicates things. How can they tell someone else that they do not trust them with nuclear shit when America is the only one that has ever used them? This is the type of shit that Kim Jong-Il will be sure to bring up to the other four nations in the talks. Those other countries have issues with America as far as nuclear weapons go, especially Japan, since they were the ones that America used nuclear weapons against, and Russia, who got in a serious arms race with America back in the days of the USSR because America was threatening to use Nuclear shit against them so much. It will not be hard for Kim Jong-Il to convince them that since America has nuclear weapons, that he can have them too. That will fracture America's alliance and cause them to have to bicker with their friends, exactly the way Kim Jong-Il wants it. That is why America was better off dealing with North Korea one-on-one. Sure, they do not know or like Kim Jong-Il and want to avoid him, but they also have to realize just what a master manipulator the dude is and that giving him six parties to manipulate is doing him a huge favor, and he realizes it, or else he never would have agreed to the terms. America could have learned how to deal with him and acted accordingly, but they chose not to. They let their arrogance get in the way, an arrogance that at first pissed Kim Jong-Il off, but now he realizes that he can exploit that arrogance to his advantage. These six-way talks will lead to nothing good at all, they will just help Kim Jong-Il get his way once again. What will happen is that he will get lots of money and continue to do exactly as he pleases, because he will have manipulated negotiations so that this would be possible. So he will be more dangerous than ever before, because he will have found his new cash pipeline to use to finance his horrible schemes, and if he works it right, he will have official sanctions to do so, because he will become a "friend"of America, a "friend" like Saddam was, like Saudi Arabia was, and so on. They used their "friendship" with America to carry out their own agendas, and rest assured that Kim Jong-Il will too. These talks will solve nothing and make everything worse by making everything more dangerous throughout the Earth, that is the only way that Kim Jong-Il motherfucker will have it, and he has gotten his way all throughout life so far and he sees no reason for it to stop now, and that could very well happen, and that is the scariest thing of all, something that these talks were supposed to prevent, and they may very well end up promoting it instead.
